Throughout the experience my role will be:

  • To work with you to explore and define what you value most
  • To develop a realistic plan that will guide you towards a sense of well being and direction
  • To help you integrate all aspects of yourself and your life so that you can live a less fragmented, more fulfilling life
  • To illuminate obstacles and other self-defeating thoughts and behaviors that may be impeding you from reaching your desired goal
  • To keep you focused on what you want and the steps to get there
  • To motivate, direct and inspire you
  • To support you in your experience
